Offered at level 5 (Advanced Music Programming) this is a concise module that involves remixing and creating original material.  Students will also learn all the practical short cuts that make mixing and recording with logic much easier.

Aims of the module

Based around Logic Pro, this module provides students with a range of well-established approaches and techniques to support the creation and enhancement of musical works using music production software.

Who Is This Course For?

The course is aimed at people who want to develop a career in the music industry as a musician, songwriter, artist, band member, producer, arranger, manager, music business executive or music industry entrepreneur.

Our students also develop skills that can enable them to establish careers in a wide range of other related industries such as in the Arts, in the Media, in technology or Education.

 

 

Entry Requirements


Pre-Requisites

Pre-requisites for taking the module

  • Students wishing to enter directly to this module at level 5 will need to be well versed in the use of Logic beyond the basic functions. Candidates will be expected to know many of the short-cuts, as all current students taking this module will have completed Music Programming at level 4.
