KT is currently a literary agent and consultant advising on all aspects of writing, authorship and the book publishing industry. Before her decision to start her own company she was one of the most influential publishers in the country as the Managing Director of Virgin Books, part of the international Virgin Group. In 2008 she led the company through its acquisition by Random House publishers, part of the Bertelsmann Group.
KT has published across a wide range of genres and with many personalities, including Sir Richard Branson, Carol Vorderman, Wayne Rooney, Usain Bolt, Olly Murs, Carol McGiffin, Lorraine Kelly, Marcus Butler, Anthea Turner, Ranj Singh and Jane McDonald.
