Having worked in catalogue A&R at Sony/ATV and EMI Music Publishing, Yasmin moved into management with Giant Artist Management and Empire Artist Management, while also chairing shesaid·so’s intersectionality committee; contributing to Record of the Day; and working as a diversity advisor to EarthPercent in recent years.
